Here's a black velvet beret hat from the 1950s. It's made of super soft black velvet with a black grosgrain bow band with a bow. It's in excellent condition, union label. Measures 23 inches. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
